What Must I Do To Be Saved
Am I a sinner?
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; (Romans 3:23)
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: (Romans 3:10)
I am a good person why am I a sinner?
..there is none good but one, that is, God. (Mar 10:18)
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: (Romans 5:12)
We are all sinners
So what is the price of sin?
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
How can I pay the price of sin?
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)
Jesus paid the price for us
How do I know that I can have salvation?
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)
No matter who you are or what you have done
What must I do?
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9)
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10)
Say the following prayer and believe it with all your heart:
Dear Father,
I know I am a sinner. I believe that Christ died on the cross for my sins. I ask that you forgive me of my sins and wash away my sins with the blood of Christ. I believe that Christ rose from the dead. I ask now that you become my personal Lord and Savior.
