About Pastor Wes

Pastor Wes was born and raised in the Cunot area and has been part of Faith Baptist Church since its beginning. Pastor Wes was saved at the age of 10 during an old fashioned revival service under the preaching of Evangelist Artie Chapman. When the church needed a piano player, Pastor Wes took lessons and began to play for the services at the age of 12. As a youth Pastor Wes always loved to study the Word of God and he began teaching the teen class at the age of 16. He married Karen Price in 1977. They have three children and ten grandchildren. In 1996 Wes accepted the call into the ministry. He took over as Senior Pastor in the summer of 2000.

About Pastor Brian

Brian is the son of Pastor Wes McClure. He has been a part of Faith Baptist Church since his birth in August of 1983. He graduated from Cloverdale High School in 2002 before attending Indiana State University and earning a bachelor’s degree in Math Education. After teaching math for seven years at South Putnam High School, Brian answered the call to full time ministry and became the Assistant Pastor of Faith Baptist Church. Four years later in 2017, the church opened the doors to Faith Baptist Academy, naming Brian the principal and co-founder of the school. Since then, he has gone on to earn his master’s degree from Pensacola Christian College, as well as a one-year online Bible degree from West Coast Baptist College. Brian and his wife Tiffany were married in June of 2007. They have four daughters: Kaylee, Brooklyn, Arianna, and Kinsley.

About Matthew

Matthew was saved at the age of 15 at Faith Baptist Church and has been a part of the church ever since.  He met his wife Dominique at Hoosier Hills Baptist Camp in 2016. Dominique was a graduate of Heartland Baptist Bible College. Matthew and Dominique married in April 2017.  Shortly after getting married, Matthew became the Youth Pastor at Faith Baptist and served in that position for seven years. He now currently serves as the Administrative Pastor. Matthew has also taught at Faith Baptist Academy since 2020.

Matthew and Dominique have four children: Isaiah, Andrew, Faith, and Elisha.

About Jacob

Jacob was saved at the age of 15 as he came to church through the bus ministry of Faith Baptist Church as a 4th grade boy. Jacob graduated high school at Cloverdale and then went to Pensacola Christian College and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Pastoral Ministries.

Jacob now serves as the Youth Pastor for Faith Baptist Church and teaches at Faith Baptist Academy.
